We kindly ask for a minimum of 24 hours’ notice if you need to change or reschedule your reservation. We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, but providing us with sufficient notice allows us to accommodate other clients as well.
Please note that if less than 24 hours’ notice is given, a fee of 50% of the reserved service price will be applied. We strive to be fair while also valuing the time and expertise of our talented stylists.
Cancellations that do not meet the above requirements will result in a fee charged to the credit card on file or added to your next booking.
We kindly request that our valued guests arrive a few minutes prior to their scheduled appointment.
To respect the time of our stylists and other guests, no-shows will be subject to a charge of 100% of the reserved service price. We kindly request that you inform us in advance if you are unable to make your reservation.
If you arrive more than 15 minutes late for your reservation, we may be unable to accommodate your service. In such cases, a cancellation fee of 50% of the reserved service price will apply. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
To secure your reservation, we kindly request a valid credit card when booking either by phone or online. For new guests, credit card information is required upon initial booking. Please note that a 3% service fee will be applied for credit card payments at the salon, and tips cannot be processed on cards.
To ensure reservation accuracy, we send a confirmation text 48 hours prior to your reservation. We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, but we kindly ask for your consideration. When reservations are forgotten or not canceled in advance, we lose the opportunity to accommodate other guests and offer our services. As a small business, your understanding is greatly appreciated.
When making a reservation, please be mindful that blowout services are exclusively included with haircuts. Kindly note that blowout services are not part of our color services. We appreciate your understanding and look forward to providing you with the precise services you desire.
We welcome major credit cards like VISA, AMEX, MC & Discover cards have a 3.5% transaction fee, cash and Zelle for your convenience. Please note that we do not accept personal checks or tips on credit cards.
Please note that the final price may vary based on factors such as hair length, texture, and the use of additional products for our hair services. Our policy doesn't allow refunds for services rendered, but we're dedicated to ensuring your satisfaction within one week of your visit.
